Most recently, Housing Development Corporation of Hampton Roads purchased its 13^th single family house; one additional house, one low-income individual/family with stable housing.  Thanks to a generous $10,000 grant from the Ferguson Cares Foundation, HDCofHR has funds to rehab its 13^th and 14^th houses.  Having rehab money enables HDCofHR to very quickly have the work done and move a tenant into the house which is a blessing for all involved.  HDCofHR is looking for and ready to purchase its 14^th house .  HDCofHR is extremely grateful to the Ferguson Cares Foundation for the grant and more importantly for its faith and confidence in HDCofHR.  Thank you for to who serve as a part of Ferguson Cares Foundation.
