In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer NAP credits to our generous donors! In return for contributions, businesses, trusts and individuals can receive tax credits equal to 65% of the donation that can be applied against their state income tax liability! Housing Development Corp of Hampton Roads was founded in 2005. We purchased our first housing unit in 2008. Today, 20 years later, we have an inventory of more than 3o housing units!
