HDCofHR and nearly 500 representatives of more than 130 non-profit organizations stood together near the Bandstand at Fort Monroe in Hampton to promote GiveLocal757.  GiveLocal757 is a massive philanthropic drive to be held on May 3rd benefitting HDCofHR and other local non-profits.
