Thanks to an $11,529.56 grant from the Blocker Foundation, HDCofHR will be able to install 7 “Through the Wall” heating and cooling units at HDCofHR’s apartment building. These units will provide the residents with cool comfort during the warmer/hot months and warm comfort during the cooler/cold months.
