One of HDCofHR’s single-family houses had a very large oak tree in its small front yard. A professional inspection determined that the tree was rotting and needed to be cut down before it could fall on the house. Thanks to a $2,000 donation from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Newport News VA , the tree was cut down and the house is safe from the danger which it presented.
